All authors must fill up and sign the Electrimacs 2008 copyright form. Please submit the document with the final manuscript or send it by fax (1-418-529-7548).

AUTHOR'S SCHEDULE

Deadline for submission of summary	January 28, 2008
Acceptance notification	February 29, 2008
Deadline for submission of final manuscript	April 30, 2008

PAPER SUBMISSION

The working language of the conference is English which will be used for all printed material, presentations and discussions.

Authors are required to prepare the final manuscript in English in the IEEE two-column format using PDF with embedded fonts (i.e. "Press" settings in Acrobat Distiller). Only manuscripts in compatible PDF format will be accepted.

Final manuscripts should be limited to 6 full pages (IEEE two-column format), including paper title, authors and affiliations. An edition charge of $150 will be applied for each additional page.

REGISTRATION POLICY

Please be aware that your paper will be included in the conference program and proceedings only if the following items reach us by April 15 2008:
            - Final version of your paper
            - Electrimacs 2008 Copyright form
            - Registration and payment

For each paper, at least one author has to pay a full registration to the conference by April 15 2008. Authors who intend to present more than one paper will be requested to pay additional registration fees of 250$ per additional paper.
