• Registration fees are in Canadian dollars.

• Full registration includes lunches for the three days of the conference (August 25, 26, 27).

* Disability rights organisations are non-profit and non-governmental organisations working for the rights of persons with disabilities and mainly composed of disabled persons and their family.
** This program is for a congress participant's guest who will accompany the participant during social activities of the congress.

Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are not included in the total costs and are to be paid by the registrant. Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the whole responsibility of the registrant. Registration and accommodation are only complete if the form is submitted together with registration payment, and if the bank draft for the correct amount or the credit card information is approved.

• Collective Payment
  If a collective payment has been made, please indicate the name of the remitter and attach a list of participants in order to confirm accurately their individual payments.
  
• Substitutions
  Substitutions are welcomed if you are unable to attend the Congress and would like to send another person in your place. There will be a 50$ CDN charge. Please advise the Organizing Secretariat of your replacement. Substitutions will also be accepted on-site. Please note that only one person may attend per registration. You may not split a registration (i.e. the same person must attend the entire program on a single registration.

Cancellation/ Refund
A refund of your registration fee less an administration charge of $50 CDN will only be available prior June 1st, 2008.For cancellations after June 1st, 2008 an administrative charges of 25% will apply. No refund will be made after August 1st 2008.

Obtaining visas / refusal of visas
If necessary, an invitation letter can be sent out by the organizing committee to assist in obtaining a visa, only once the individual whose name is to appear on the invitation has registered. To benefit from the special reduced rate, individuals who require such a letter should register early, pay their registration fee and should the authorities refuse to issue a visa, the organizing committee will refund the entire registration fee upon receipt of the notice of refusal.
