Warning: Titles of communications in the preliminary program were not translated and are presented in the language of their submission.

During the congress, French, English and Spanish translation will be provided for: Plenary sessions, Spanish oral presentations and some other oral presentations. Sign languages interpretation (LSQ and ASL) will be provided in plenary sessions and some other oral presentations.

Please note that the final program will precise which oral presentations will provided translation and/or sign language interpretation.

The Congress offers:

  • Close to 10 plenary sessions, with simultaneous translation in French, English, Spanish and Sign Language;
  • More than 300 oral presentations grouped into 8 parallel sessions.
  • Close to 100 posters;
  • An exhibition;
  • Events organised by our partners and included in the program.

Representatives from about 50 countries from all continents will be present.

Themes for discussion include people of all ages and all types of physical disabilities (motor, visual, auditory, cognitive, speech), intellectual disabilities, mental health, AIDS and others. Issues specific to developing countries, risk environments and women will also be presented.
