 JOSEPH KWOK

Title : Reinforcing multi-stakeholder partnership for the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Biwako Millennium Framework: Opportunities and challenges in the Asian Region

Joseph Kwok, RSW, Ph.D., BBS, JP is a professor in City University of Hong Kong. He has extensive and long term involvement in disability work. He is RI National Secretary for Hong Kong, and Vice Chairman of RI Regional Committee for Asia and the Pacific. He is the Chairman of the Rehabilitation Advisory Committee, which is a high level governmental committee comprising representatives from major government policy bureaus and departments.
